These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nida OS platform (the "Service") operated by Crafted Matrix Inc. ("Nida OS", "we", "us"), available at nida-os.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Nida OS is an all-in-one business platform for managing CRM, leads, websites, calendar bookings, automations, and client portals. We provide the tools; you provide and are responsible for your business data and content.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) send unsolicited or deceptive communications (spam); (c) infringe the intellectual property rights of others; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service; or (e) access data or workspaces you are not authorized to access.
You retain ownership of the data and content you create within the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely as necessary to provide the Service. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
When you connect Nida OS to ChatGPT via our MCP plugin, you authorize an OAuth access token scoped to your workspace. Actions performed through that connection are your responsibility and are subject to the autonomy and approval settings of your workspace. You may revoke access at any time from Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps.
The Service may integrate with third-party providers you configure (SMS, email, payment, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crafted Matrix Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
