Crafted Matrix Inc. ("Nida OS", "we", "us") operates the Nida OS platform available at nida-os.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address, business details), information generated through your use of the platform (CRM data, leads, contacts, website content, calendar bookings), and standard technical data (IP address, browser type, usage logs).
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Nida OS platform; process your requests and transactions; communicate with you about your account and updates; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
When you connect Nida OS to ChatGPT via our MCP plugin, we issue an OAuth access token scoped to your workspace. This token allows ChatGPT to read and write data in your Nida workspace on your behalf, subject to the permissions you grant during the OAuth consent flow. You can revoke this access at any time from your Nida OS dashboard under Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps.
We do not collect data about your ChatGPT conversations. Only the API calls your ChatGPT session makes to our servers are processed and logged for security and audit purposes.
Your workspace data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing help@nida-os.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Note that data shared with third-party integrations (such as connected CRM exports) may be subject to those parties' retention policies.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) and access controls to protect your data. Agent tokens are hashed before storage. We do not store raw API secrets in plaintext.
We use essential cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Nida OS integrates with services you configure (e.g. Twilio for SMS, connected email providers). Data passed to these services is governed by their respective privacy policies.
Nida OS is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
