How do I connect Nida OS to ChatGPT?
Install the Nida OS plugin from the ChatGPT plugin directory. Click Connect and sign in with your Nida OS account credentials. Select the workspace you want to link and approve the requested permissions.
How do I disconnect or revoke access?
In Nida OS, go to Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps and click Revoke next to the ChatGPT connection. You can also remove the plugin from your ChatGPT plugin settings.
What data can ChatGPT access?
ChatGPT can read and write data in your Nida workspace based on the permissions you grant during the OAuth consent flow. It can access CRM contacts, leads, websites, calendar bookings, and other modules you authorize. It cannot access other workspaces or other users' data.
An action was queued for approval — where do I approve it?
Log in to your Nida OS dashboard and go to the Approvals tab. Sensitive writes (deletes, bulk actions, outbound emails) are held there until you approve or reject them.
The plugin isn't working — what should I do?
Try disconnecting and reconnecting the plugin from ChatGPT settings. If the issue persists, email help@nida-os.com with a description of the problem.
