Nida OS — Complete User Manual

A screenshot-based guide to using Nida OS: CRM, websites, chatbots, forms, booking, payments, automations, AI tools, and client delivery.

1. Getting Started

1.1 Signing In

Open your browser and go to https://www.nida-os.com/login. Enter your email and password, then click Sign in to Nida.

1.2 Open Testing Notice

The first time you sign in, Nida shows an Open Testing Notice. Read it carefully, check the acknowledgment box, and click I Understand. You only need to do this once per workspace.

1.3 The Dashboard

After acknowledging the notice, you land on the Dashboard. This is your command center. The left sidebar shows every module grouped into sections: Overview, CRM, Content, Automation, and System. The top banner reminds you how many trial days remain.

Nida Dashboard

The Dashboard is where you see workspace metrics, upcoming tasks, and quick links. If your workspace is new, most cards will show empty states with clear next actions.

2. Overview Modules

2.1 Dashboard

Use the Dashboard to track the health of your workspace at a glance. Cards typically show lead counts, booking activity, recent conversations, and tasks that need attention. When you first start, the dashboard will guide you toward the first setup steps.

2.2 Delivery Hub

The Delivery Hub is where you prepare and manage the client experience. Think of it as the launch checklist for a client portal: branded login, booking links, support chat, shared assets, approvals, and billing.

Delivery Hub

The readiness meter on the right tells you how close the workspace is to being client-ready. You can create client workspaces, set up a branded portal domain, and configure which tools each client can access.

3. CRM Modules

3.1 CRM Pipeline

The CRM Pipeline is where leads live. Every lead starts somewhere — a form, a chatbot, a phone call, or an import — and moves through stages you define.

CRM Pipeline

You can drag leads between stages, add notes, schedule follow-ups, and trigger automations when a lead moves. The pipeline is the heart of Nida's sales workflow.

3.2 Contacts

Contacts are the people and businesses in your workspace. They may be leads, customers, partners, or vendors.

Contacts

Click New Contact or Add First Contact to create a record. Each contact can store name, company, email, phone, location, and custom fields. Contacts are shared across CRM, conversations, phone, and automations.

3.3 Conversations

Conversations pulls together every live channel: chatbot, SMS, and email. It is the unified inbox where you can watch AI handle visitors and jump in when a human touch is needed.

Conversations

Tabs at the top let you switch between Chatbot, Texts, and Emails. Use the status filters to focus on active, converted, or closed threads.

3.4 Phone

The Phone module turns Nida into a browser-based calling desk. Connect a Twilio line and you can make and receive calls, log call history, and play voicemail greetings.

Phone

Start by clicking Setup next to "No Twilio line connected yet." Add your Twilio credentials, choose a number, and the line status will switch from Offline to Online. Outbound calls use the floating dialer so the experience stays consistent everywhere.

3.5 Calendar Engine

The Calendar Engine handles booking links and internal appointments. You can connect Google or Outlook calendars, create booking pages for different services, and let clients schedule with you.

Calendar Engine

Click Create Booking Link to build a polished scheduling page. Set your availability, buffer time, and confirmation messages. The booking base URL is shown on the right and can be white-labeled.

3.6 Lead Finder

Lead Finder helps you discover and score local businesses that might need your services. It uses Google Places to pull businesses by category and location, then audits their web presence.

Lead Finder

Enter a search like "roofing companies" and a city, set a lead cap, and click Pull And Score Leads. Nida returns a ranked list with need, fit, and priority scores. You can then import the best prospects directly into the CRM.

4. Content Modules

4.1 Websites

The Websites module is Nida's site builder. You can create landing pages, full websites, and client portals without leaving the workspace.

Websites

Start from a template or build from scratch. The block editor lets you add hero sections, feature grids, forms, chatbots, product grids, and SEO metadata. Every site can be published to a Nida subdomain or a custom domain.

4.2 Chatbots

Chatbots are AI agents you embed on websites or share as standalone conversations. They capture leads, answer questions, and hand off to humans.

Chatbots

Click New Chatbot to define its greeting, behavior, knowledge base, and lead-capture rules. Once live, embed it with a script tag or share the chatbot URL directly.

4.3 Forms

The Form Engine builds lead-capture forms, intake questionnaires, and booking requests.

Forms

Click Create Your First Form. Add fields, set validation rules, style the form, and choose where submissions go — CRM, automations, email, or a thank-you page. Forms can be embedded on Nida sites or any external page.

4.4 SEO Content / Blog Studio

The SEO Blog Studio is where you create articles and SEO pages. You can write manually or use AI to draft content, then route it to a website.

SEO Content

Click + New Article to create a post. Add a title, slug, content, meta title, and meta description. The Auto Blogger tab lets you set recurring content schedules.

4.5 SEO Intelligence

SEO Intelligence connects Google Search Console and generates monthly visibility snapshots for clients.

SEO Intelligence

Click Connect Google, choose the right Search Console property, add your live site URL and tracked keywords, then save. From there you can generate snapshots that appear in the Delivery Hub for client review.

4.6 Reviews / Reputation Manager

The Reputation Manager handles review requests, Google review redirects, and private feedback.

Reviews

Connect your Google Business Profile, enter your review URL, and customize the routing copy. When someone gives a high rating, they are sent to Google. When someone gives a low rating, they are sent to a private feedback form instead. You can also create review requests for specific customers by name, email, and phone.

5. Automation & AI

5.1 Automations

The Automation Studio builds workflows that react to events: form submissions, chatbot lead captures, missed calls, CRM stage changes, and inbound webhooks.

Automations

Start with a recipe like Missed Call Text Back or Form To Follow-Up, or click Create Automation to build a custom flow. Each workflow has triggers, conditions, and actions.

5.2 Autopilot / Goals

Autopilot gives Nida standing goals it checks on its own. You define what to watch and what to propose, and Nida suggests actions for your approval.

Autopilot

Click + New goal, describe the goal, and set the check frequency in minutes. Nida watches the workspace and surfaces proposed actions in the Proposed Actions tab. Nothing runs without your approval.

5.3 AI Settings / Model Routing

AI Settings controls which models power Nida's AI tasks. You can connect OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Ollama, or a private endpoint.

AI Settings

Click + Add Provider to add credentials, then assign providers to tasks: Content, Chatbot, Metadata, Website, Logo, Lead Scoring, and Automation Conductor. Stronger reasoning models are recommended for chatbot responses and automation decisions.

5.4 System Variables

System Variables are merge tags you can use across pages, chatbot prompts, SEO fields, form messages, and automations.

System Variables

Copy any variable like , , or and paste it where you want dynamic data. The page is organized by category: workspace, website, page, lead, contact, form, chatbot, SMS, phone, payment, webhook, and AI output.

5.5 API Keys

API Keys let you connect external agents and tools to Nida.

API Keys

There are two types of keys. Workspace keys are for general integrations. Agent keys are for headless automation access from tools like Hermes, Codex, or Claude. Click + Create Agent Key or + Create Workspace Key, name the key, choose scopes, and copy the value immediately — it is only shown once.

5.6 API Reference

The API Reference page documents Nida's headless agent API.

API Docs

The base URL is https://www.nida-os.com. Key endpoints include /api/well-known-mcp for discovery, /api/agent/workspace-state for context, and /api/agent/execute for running actions. Use a Bearer token with format nid_agent_... and include workspace_id in the request body.

6. Analytics

6.1 Traffic and Conversions

The Analytics module connects Google Analytics 4 to show traffic, visitors, sessions, conversions, and live activity.

Analytics

Add your live site URL, GA4 Property ID, and optional Measurement ID, then click Connect Google. Once connected, the dashboard fills with real-time and historical data.

7. Payments & Billing

7.1 Payments

The Payments module connects your own Stripe account so Nida pages can become checkout-ready funnels.

Payments

Enter your Stripe Secret Key, Publishable Key, and Webhook Signing Secret. The webhook URL is shown on the page. Then create products with New Product and drop them into sites using the product grid block.

7.2 Billing & Subscription

The Billing page shows your current plan and lets you upgrade.

Billing

Nida offers an Agency plan and a White Label plan. White Label adds custom domain, custom branding, no "Powered by Nida" footer, priority support, and the ability to resell Nida to your own clients.

8. Workspace Settings

8.1 General Settings

Workspace Settings controls the identity and branding of your workspace.

Settings

On the General tab you can change the workspace name, slug, and portal domain. Other tabs cover Business Info, Branding, Email, Team, and Client Workspaces. Use the portal domain to give clients a branded login URL like app.clientdomain.com.
