What Is SiteSwan?

SiteSwan markets itself as a white-label website reseller program — a complete business-in-a-box for people who want to build and sell websites to local small businesses without coding.

The pitch is compelling: you get a white-label platform, pre-built themes, a marketing toolkit, and training. You sell websites under your own brand. SiteSwan runs invisibly behind the scenes.

After spending a week inside the platform and talking to three active resellers, here's what we found.

What SiteSwan Does Well

1. True White-Label Experience

Everything your client sees carries your branding. The builder interface, client dashboard, and even the domain infrastructure can be white-labeled. This isn't a "powered by SiteSwan" badge situation.

2. Pre-Built Industry Themes

SiteSwan offers 100+ templates organized by industry: restaurants, contractors, dentists, real estate, lawyers, salons. For resellers who want to launch fast, this saves hours.

3. One-Page Pricing Setup

SiteSwan uses a flat monthly licensing model. You pay your fee, you get access to everything. You set your own prices for clients. Many resellers charge $1,500-$3,000 for a website build plus $50-$150/month for hosting.

Where SiteSwan Falls Short

1. No CRM or Marketing Automation

SiteSwan is just a website builder. If you want to offer a complete business system to your clients, you're still buying and integrating additional tools.

2. Limited Design Flexibility

The themes are good starting points but they're templates. If a client wants something truly custom — advanced animations, custom functionality — you're working within SiteSwan's constraints.

3. Mobile Responsiveness Issues

While SiteSwan claims mobile-responsive themes, we found that complex customizations often break mobile layouts. Resellers reported spending extra time testing and fixing mobile views.

4. Not Passive Income

SiteSwan includes training and marketing materials — all valuable. But the actual fulfillment is still on you. You need to do the selling, manage the client relationship, and handle ongoing support.

Who SiteSwan Is For

SiteSwan makes sense if:
- You want to sell basic informational websites to local businesses
- You don't need CRM, automation, or advanced marketing tools
- You're comfortable with template-based design
- Your clients primarily need brochure sites

SiteSwan is NOT ideal if:
- You want to sell complete business systems (websites + CRM + automation + chatbot)
- Your clients need advanced features (custom apps, complex booking, e-commerce)
- You want a single platform that handles everything

The Verdict

SiteSwan delivers on its core promise: a white-label website builder for resellers. The themes are decent, the white-labeling is genuine, and the training materials are solid.

But if your goal is to build a recurring revenue agency by selling complete business systems, you'll find yourself duct-taping multiple tools together.

Grade: B+ — Excellent for pure website reselling. Not a complete agency platform.

"The difference between a freelancer and an agency owner isn't the work — it's the system. SiteSwan gives you websites. Nida gives you the whole system."
